It’s an interesting question. The purpose of my doing these videos is so that more customers and more consumers learn about their rights. That because the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act states that you are entitled to not only compensation for the damages that you suffered, but you’re also entitled to attorney’s fees, which means is that the service, you don’t pay for it. They pay for it. They pay my attorney’s fees. So really, I take the cases the same way as an automobile accident and I help people get their compensation, which is a little bit different than automobiles accidents and the fact that there’s a fine in many cases of $1,000 plus damages. Then from there on they have to pay my attorney’s fees. There is no risk to the client in these instances, and I work to get you compensated for errors on your credit report.
